If you're new to this blog or just want clinical-ish details, then you need to read the blogs of 2nd July, 22nd July and 23rd July first.
Just returned from a visit to the Oncologist at Cheltenham late today with the good news that my recent MRI scan (with contrast) continues to show stability. The even better news is that they will continue to monitor me at the current rate of every 3 months for a while longer. The Maggie's centre just down the road from the hospital have been very accommodating again as we dropped in there for a cuppa and to get warm again, whilst waiting for my appointment. My next appointment with the Consultant Haematologist at Worcester is on the 9th January to check my blood levels. Obviously if any thing changes we'll update this blog then, otherwise I expect the next scan will be sometime near the end of February. Colin. |
