(Blogs that is)
We had an enjoyable afternoon in Cheltenham yesterday meeting up with my nephew who I haven't seen for ages. The chat was convivial, catching up on news both from me and Jane here, and his latest holiday in Costa Rica! Of course we met in a coffee shop for drinks and a cake! It is always good to meet someone 'young' and working since we cannot all be pensioners!! He was going to travel to our home from Cheltenham (he lives in London) but the dearth of public transport out here "in the sticks" meant we went there to meet him. I've had about 40 years of not living near London now and got used to it. And Jane managed time to look round some of the shops! (but only a few as I was with her!).

P.S. I'll try more regular updates (but probably not frequent!) of information for this blog - relevant to me and my findings on my condition - and also some of the books I have found useful. (The reason for this is that there are a few people (I've been told) from the Hammer Out support group who may find useful information - thus the references to earlier blogs for 'new' people.) Watch this space but only intermittently!
