Jane.
Well the stand and gubbings which deliver things - this time blood! Anaemic, so 2 pints of blood transfused this afternoon/evening. Colin dizzy and unsteady on his feet - hope this is to do with the blood. Renal doctor visited again today and indicated that the methotrexate should not be administered again. Don't know what this means for the remaining chemo treatment as haven't been able to discuss with haematologist. This is unsettling for both of us. Colin still has swollen feet and legs, although the arms/hands look better, and still has his rash. He had a better night's sleep last night without the drip and hopes he does again tonight when the transfusion is finished. There is still no news on when he might leave hospital.
We both want to say thank you to all of you for your continued interest and support. Jane.
